Often referred to as everyone’s favorite “employee,” Bentley takes making people smile very seriously.

He’s well trained, friendly with our human and furry guests, and always dressed for the job in his Homewood bandana.

GM, Stefan Cattarin and AGM, Mitch Matson hold the prestigious Connie Award, named after Hilton founder Conrad Hilton. It’s Hilton's highest recognition of hotel excellence, and a goal we’re pursuing at Homewood Suites Billings.

We haven’t earned it yet! This photo was a chance to hold the prize and imagine what it would mean for our team.
