Private drive. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. In a small country village with a local shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance, but a short 10 minute drive will take you into the city centre of Carlisle.

Well that's it, Ivy Cottage is now closed. Its now been sold and gone back to being a home again.
I would like to thank each and every one of you that have stayed at Ivy Cottage and for everyone who liked and shared over years.
It's been quite a journey.

I have since bought a small hotel, Graham Arms Inn in Longtown, about 10 miles out of Carlisle on the A7.
If you're ever in the area again and looking for somewhere to stay, come check us out.
