Fiesta at the Fiesta, LLC. Fiesta at the Fiesta, LLC. is a for the generations of customers that patronized the Fiesta Club that opened March 15, 1948-1993 in Biloxi, Mississippi. Jake Sr.

The Fiesta at the Fiesta started as a restaurant and lounge for grandmother Mary "Nuna" Pierotich Mladinich. bought the property and with sons, Jake Jr. and John built the original building with saved money, the sale of his shrimp boat (the Winchester) and a $10k loan from the Cavalier family on Point Cadet. At that time the Fiesta location was on a oyster shell road out in West Harrison County. T

he family went on to build the Cabana Beach Motel, the Sea~n~Sirloin Restaurant, Le Chateau Apartments and the White Pillars Restaurant before the patriarchs death in 1967. The Fiesta at the Fiesta venue continued to grow and evolve with the times. As a supper club with Conga drums ( Lobo & Cecilia) , trios and a piano bar, the popularity grew. (to be continued)
