The Dragons dominated the court and claimed the AHSAA 5A Boys’ State Championship, defeating Sylacauga (30–3) with a commanding 101–40 victory. In the process, Wenonah set a new AHSAA boys’ championship-game scoring record, putting on an unforgettable performance from start to finish.

A historic night, a record-breaking score, and a championship trophy headed back to Wenonah. 🏆

Congratulations to the players, coaches, and the entire Wenonah community on an incredible season.

I’ve got to give credit where it’s due. This 🚚 📦 journey has been nearly 𝟐𝟎 years ⏰ in the making, starting with hosting 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 and 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 in 𝑳𝑨🌴 and 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨, then opening my doors in 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐦 🏭 to people from all over the 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 🌍 through , trading stories and 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞-𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 from their 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬.

With my 𝐰𝐢𝐟𝐞 & 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 by my 👥side, we built , making 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 trips between 𝑳𝑨 🛫 and 🛬 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐦 to bring this vision 🏠 to life. Shoutout to my mentors, , companies like , , and the ✈️ that kept us moving forward.

A huge thanks to my 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫-𝐢𝐧-𝐥𝐚𝐰, (.beverly.731) 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐞, the 𝐧𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿, and 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 who all had my back when it counted. And above all, none of this would have been possible without 𝐆𝐨𝐝, my 𝐰𝐢𝐟𝐞, and our 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 , the real backbone of this operation.
