Folks have always gathered at The Oliver House. Whether it was the baseball team staying upstairs (with only 1 bathroom!) during Spring Training in the 1910s, a party in the common room to celebrate a birthday, or a meal shared by boarders--you can feel it in the air. It easily becomes your "Haunt Away from Home."

Summer at The Oliver House gets quiet. The hallways get still. Our old mining town settles a bit. So for a limited number of summer evenings, we’re opening The Oliver House for private overnight paranormal investigations! Message us to learn more about booking for your group!

It's crazy to think--how alcohol was outlawed during some of the most popular years of the Oliver House. Prohibition was from 1920 to 1933, and our most famous ghost (Nat Anderson) died in February of 1920, right after it had begun. When you pop into 26 Souls Speakeasy, you're surrounded by American history and the stories of this old town and hotel.

Our staircase is just a tiny portion of the eccentric decor here at The Oliver House. 🏠 All thought up by the amazing decorative minds of Kenny and Randy (the father and son duo you'll see running around this place, fixing things, cleaning, and bartending at 26 Souls.)
We love this place, and we are always adding, shifting, and making it even more...Oliver House.
