🎓🏨 WELCOME TO HOTEL COLLEGE!
Now enrolling at the Radisson Hotel Bismarck.

No tuition. No boring lectures.
Just real people, real guests, real teamwork — and a whole lot of learning along the way.

We’re looking for people who want to work hard, laugh a lot, meet interesting people and learn a business that can take you just about anywhere.

We’ll train you! 🙌

We’re hiring for:

🛎️ Front Desk
🌙 Night Audit
🧳 Bellman
🧹 Housekeeping
🚐 Shuttle Drivers
✨ Room Inspectors
🧽 Janitorial
🎉 Banquet Set-Up
🍽️ Banquet Servers & Bartenders

Never worked in a hotel? Perfect.

We’ll teach you how to take care of guests, solve problems, work as a team, throw a great event, survive a sold-out night, make somebody’s day — and have some fun doing it.

Hospitality is one of those jobs where no two days are ever the same. You’ll learn skills you can use anywhere, meet people from everywhere and discover just how satisfying it feels to make someone feel welcome.

❤️ Come to Hotel College. We’ll teach you hospitality. You bring the personality.
