This home was built in 1997,
situated on an acre of land in Black Hawk, Colorado, just beyond the picturesque Golden Gate Canyon State Park. A quick mountain drive of approximately 20-minutes will take you to the vibrant town of Black Hawk for dining and casino entertainment. While, Rollinsville is a 20-minute drive or just 30-minutes to Eldora.
>Living Room: The living room space boasts a spacious and comfortable sofa, a lounge chair, 65" Smart TV, and ample natural lighting from the skylights, this room caters to everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
>Kitchen: The kitchen presents all essential appliances, a complimentary coffee and tea bar, dinnerware, wine glasses, and a captivating view of the great outdoors.
>Beds/Baths: This property offers three private bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, while the third is furnished with a queen-sized bed. You'll find two bathrooms stocked with fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and complimentary soaps. Additionally, on site washer/dryer which comes fully equipped with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

The residential vegetation on the property includes aspen, heavily wooded areas, a mix of different trees, natural landscapes, partially wooded areas, and pine trees. We also provide ladder ball and ring toss for family/friend game night.

Our community offers an array of amenities for your entertainment, including a playground, basketball court, baseball field, and covered picnic tables. Additionally, take advantage of exclusive access to private lakes for fishing ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable experience. (Guest passes are provided)

The Community Center provides both residents and non-residents the opportunity to enjoy various amenities, including a gym, heated pool, pickleball, and more, at affordable drop-in pass rates, ranging from 0-$6. Highly recommend the pool for kiddos!

Golden Gate Canyon State Park is a Colorado State Park located in Gilpin and Jefferson counties northwest of Golden, Colorado. The 12,119-acre Front Range park established in 1960 has 42 miles of hiking trails. Horse and bicycle travel is allowed on 27 miles.
