This post has been a long time coming. ❤️
As many of you know, we were ready to call it quits after the 2025 season. But when the time came to close the doors, we just didn’t have peace about it. So, we decided to stay open for another year and try to find a better balance between family life and the business.
We called it our “Year of Balance.”
We gave it our very best shot, but reality has shown us that balance just isn’t possible in this season of our life.
So, at the end of October 2026, we will officially be closing Koinania Valley Ranch.
It is bittersweet, to be sure.
We have been incredibly blessed to carry on my mom’s legacy for these past five years. What an honor it has been to welcome so many of you onto this little piece of heaven that meant so much to our family.
But I know that if my mom were still here, she would be encouraging us to put our family first. These years with our kids at home are going to be gone before we know it, and we know it’s time to make space for what God is calling us to in this next season.
We have met some amazing people along the way, and we will miss you all so much. I know Koinania Valley Ranch holds a special place in many of your hearts.❤️
We will continue to offer our shuttle service to Ozark Trail hikers, as that is much easier to fit into our schedule and allows us to still be a small part of the trail community.
To everyone who has stayed with us, returned year after year, shared memories with us, recommended us to friends, or simply supported our little ranch—we are so incredibly thankful.
If you’ve been thinking about squeezing in one last visit, we still have a couple of openings before we close. Just send me a message!
Thank you for being part of the Koinania story. It has been quite a chapter, and we will forever be grateful for it.
Now on to the next chapter. ❤️
