Join us for a single day retreat immersed in nature and the calming presence of horses. Take time to pause, reflect, and restore your mind, body and spirit alongside the Merrimac Farm herd, fellow participants, and facilitators. This is an experience with horses rooted in animal welfare, wellbeing, and consent. It is fully on the ground, and no prior horse experience is needed.

We had a wonderful first day of Water Week at camp, exploring the science of water and density through hands-on experiments and outdoor play!

A fun afternoon at Barn Buddies learning all about colors and markings! We looked at lots of different types of horses on our farm, discussed their colors, breeds, and markings, measured their heights, and then made our own craft horses to go home.
