For those arriving early for the Smoky Mountain event on the 19th.

There will be a scenic mountain ride Friday (18th) morning from the Copperhead Lodge & Resort. [KSU @ 10 am] This will be approximately an hour and half or so ending at Pappy’s Trading Post, 122 Pappy's Plaza, Blairsville, GA 30512 where we will have a food truck available for lunch. (Bussin Seafood) After a break and leisurely lunch by the river, I'll lead another hour and half mountain ride (different route, KSU approx. 2pm) back to the Copperhead Lodge & Resort. Anyone who can't make the morning ride is still welcome to meet at Pappy's for lunch and ride the afternoon ride. Pappy's Pappy’s Trading Post has a nice antique shop, snacks, drinks, and of course ice cream! If you want to ride the morning and head to the Copperhead Lodge & Resort after lunch and not ride the afternoon, we'll only be approx. 15 miles away. As always, looking forward to seeing ya'll and feel free to hit Big Daddy up with any questions.

It’s 1977 - Brooklyn. A gritty, asphalt jungle where a young man named Tony Manero worked a dead-end job at a paint store by day, but reigned as the absolute, undisputed king of the disco by night. The heat was relentless, the hairspray was flammable, and the polyester... oh, the polyester was non-breathable.

John Travolta under the disco ball. A five-course dinner awaits. It is immersive, high-stakes cinematic dining for those who know that lookin' good is 50% of the battle. Dust off your platform shoes and join the fun.

We begin with Focaccia-Flavored Jiffy Pop Popcorn. Hand-shaken over a flickering flame in its crinkly, foil-dome. We’ve taken the humble aluminum-pan classic of your youth and infused it with a heavy-handed, unapologetic dose of rosemary, sea salt, and cold-pressed olive oil.
