UPDATE! New post 8/28/26
Whew!! Longgg time since we’ve posted. Sorry! Things have been crazy! Yall people are LOVING our beautiful cabin♥️ it has been booked like crazy. We have bookings through May of NEXT YEAR! We can’t even go to stay!! What?!? It is such a blessing. We are so blown away.
B and I are actually taking our 1st vacation in at least 2 years👀 if you know me, I HAVE to have a beach trip to fill my soul. That’s where we are headed right now! We need it! On the drive this morning I wrote down a few things that are incredible. So far we have had or will have guests from so many places. Let me list them: 6 from South Carolina, Chicago Illinois, Houston Texas, Durham NC, Edgewater Fl, high point NC, Sarasota Fl, Peoria Arizona, Tampa Fl, Stevenson Al, clewison Fl, Chattanooga Tn, Apopka Fl, Ponte Vedra Fl, Nashville Tn, Orlando Fl, Jacksonville Al, Fort Wayne In, Charlotte Nc, Pensacola Fl, Delray Beach Fl and tons from right here in Georgia!
Out of all of those there was 1 proposal, 5 Honeymoons, 12 birthdays, and 13 Anniversaries!!! The anniversaries are so special we have two 1 yr, two 20 yrs, two 24 yrs, two 10 yrs and one 31 yrs! In fact, one of the couples celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary checked out, went to tube in Helen, then called us to see if they could come back and rebook that night….THEN after that as they left the next morning, they rebooked for days in December ♥️
Somehow, all of the love we put in building it and hosting it has turned into celebrations of life and love! That is exactly what we wanted and pray for everyday. God has been so good to us. We are overwhelmed, humbled and honored to do this. Anyway….here is a few awesome pics and with that….. WE ARE OUT OF OFFICE and as I type this we only have 28miles to the beach! 🏖️

Update! New post!! we got to be at the cabin from Friday until this evening. Our plan was never to stay the additional two days. We had a couple of almost disasters, but we pulled it together me and B❤️ and we figured it out!! I’m just going to share pictures from these past days.

Also, full disclosure, this cabin is doing so good y’all. August has no weekends available and no sign of stopping! We got 3 bookings just today! There is only a few days in August available now there is only one weekend in September available one weekend in October available one weekend in November and one in December👀👀👀😎🙌🏼🙏🏻🔥 there’s a lot of weekdays and that’s the time to go while everyone else is working! anyway thank God, thank yall!! Hey y’all! I have to take a minute to give Alpine Custom Spas a shout out! Dylan met me at the cabin today, took the hot tub out by himself loaded it up on a flatbed trailer, followed me to Home Depot to do the return, but not only followed me to Home Depot, but went inside with me and walked back-and-forth from customer service to the pro center to make sure that they accepted and returned the hot tub with no worries. He didn’t have to do that. I have no doubt that we’ve chosen the right company to make sure our hot tub is perfect for y’all every time. When you have a company owner, who not only does what you need but goes above and beyond, we have to make sure we recognize those kind of people. If you need to purchase install service or maintain a hot tub this is who you use. Thanks again Bubba!!!
