The Cliff Palace The Cliff Palace has been a motel in Blanding for years. It is being completely remodeled, refurbished and updated. Watch the progress on this Facebook.

Our historic building was designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright and features several newly remodeled rooms decorated by local artists with floor-to-ceiling murals and custom furniture to tell the stories of our region. ut the history of our hotel and the rich stories and culture of the area -- our place is owned by locals after all. With The Dinosaur Museum, the Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum, and the Nations of the Four Corners minutes away and three national monuments an hour’s drive away, there’s no shortage of sights to explore and memories to make.

Today I visited with a very expensive, highly paid marketing specialist. His number one recommendation for The Cliff Palace is to make me, Robert, the face of The ClIff Palace. Are you kidding me?! I see too many similarities between these two photos.
