Hello Campers:
We wanted to reach out and extend our thanks and appreciation for the sacrifices and extraordinary efforts made by those who provided aid assurance, assistance, food, repairs and cleanup of the massive damage this storm levied on our lakeside and Scenic View community. We know there has been multiple sectors of the property to clean up, including our Lodge, Restaurant, common areas, and especially the continued efforts in the Campgrounds. We value and see the solidarity and commitment to our campground with how individuals, families, friends, and managers chipped in during such a difficult and stressful time, especially for those most impacted with damage. We have reached out to our insurance agency, and we trust you have done the same as needed. We are still waiting to assess individual lots with our local tree specialist coming in early this week to finalize removing any debris blocking sites or structures and removing any residual deadfall or danger. We will continue to communicate any updates through this forum as the week unfolds. We appreciate your time and energy given and ask for patience as we seek positive solutions and work towards having a positive safe Holiday as we celebrate and share in our efforts going forward.
