|| this past weekend was a magical, snowy few days in the high country. it snowed about 8 inches in our blowing rock neighborhood! we have limited availability left for winter dates so snag yours now for a cozy getaway. perfect for skiing, tubing (both just 4 mins away!), perfect for adventurous hiking, perfect for staying in & enjoying family. 🥰❄️ we'll see you soon!

one of our favorite things to do in the high country is to visit … it’s the perfect place to kick off your sunday shoes, grab a flight, glass or bottle of something delicious + enjoy some live music! grandfather vineyard is located in banner elk, just a quick 20-min drive from Chardonnay Chalet - Blowing Rock, NC and also features a beautiful, expansive area in a stunning setting with different food trucks, depending on when you go. it’s a win for the whole family! add it to your high country bucket list when you come to visit us 🤗

we’ve had a busy spring here ! a new incredibly cute addition to the family 👶🏻, and a major addition to the house. you’ll now enjoy an additional 800 sq ft of outdoor hang out space + a hot tub with a privacy fence on the lower deck when you come to visit. get ready for some laid back, porch-sittin’ summer and fall nights with an epic backdrop. we can’t wait for you to come see it for yourself! swipe all the way to the end for the before pic ➡️
