Join us on Saturday, June 6, for a hands-on workshop with Adirondack Fragrance & Flavor Farm. Learn how to craft your own all-natural bug repellent and bug bite soother using pure essential oils. It is the perfect way to keep pests at bay and soothe itchy bites naturally during Adirondack summers.

Each participant will leave with a custom bottle of bug spray and a roll-on soother to stay protected all season long. Venture into the outdoors this summer equipped with the tried-and-true wisdom of handcrafted remedies.

What’s for dinner this week? Chef Jason has some new entrees on the menu such as Spinach Artichoke Chicken, New England Haddock, Halibut Florentine, Corned Beef Shepherd’s Pie, Walnut Crusted Maple Salmon, Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers, Rigatoni A La Vodka, and Appe Cheddar Stuffed Pork Chops!

Four course dinners and made-to-order breakfasts are included with lodging. However, if you are not staying at The Hedges, we can offer limited advance reservations for breakfast ($25.00 adults, $13.00 children) or dinner ($52.00 adults, $16.00 children).
