𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲?
Last week a few of us from the Chamber were excited to be able to give Tiana and Honey Bun a day to remember! These two pups did amazing hiking the Day Use area at Lake Blue Ridge. Honey Bun took the lead and kept us on our toes while Tiana was never far behind. The smells on the trail were very exciting!
🐶🌿 We loved watching them explore and soak up the extra attention!

𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗔 𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥:
- The Humane Society is a local, independent, community funded nonprofit.
- Their Adoption Center provides shelter, medical care and second chances for homeless dogs and cats, including animals rescued from overcrowded animal control facilities facing euthanasia.
- In addition to caring for shelter animals, our clinic offers affordable veterinary services to the public, including spay/neuter surgeries and $99 veterinary exams.
- Through spay/neuter initiatives, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), community outreach and education, they work to improve animal welfare throughout our region.
- From fostering and socializing animals to taking shelter dogs on outings, volunteers help provide the enrichment and individual attention that animals need while waiting for their families.
