Now entering the kitchen, which is very functional, and probably will be one of our much later projects. But I wanted to show you a couple of the current pictures with the white cabinet and a couple of some of the modifications we may embrace later on. With currently 3 entrances to it, 2 from the exterior of the home & one from the dining room this too will probably be modified. More than likely to incorporate a mud/laundry room at one of the exterior entrances.

Welcome to the dining room❣️The exquisite woodwork and picture shelf leave little to be done in here. The only question it whether to leave the large table for more of a family type gathering or to put small tables in for a more quaint setting.

As we turn left into the parlor, not much to be done here other than to getting some authentic furnishings and stock it with favorite authors books and games. It can also be a place to have a quiet intimate conversation or just a spot to meet friends. In most of the rooms there are fireplaces! At this point, I am not sure of the conditions of the chimneys, so it will be something to check into to know what type of ‘fires’ we will be able to have, but oh how amazing 🤗

Come up on the porch and dream with me 🙂 Dreams are free, but it takes much to put them into practice. At the beginning of any small business adventure there are always obstacles to overcome. I would love for us all to come together in order to bring back a small piece of Grayson’s beautiful past!
