Our guest is not a crust person. Camo has never once let that become a problem.

She has a system. Come into the parlor, sit near the guest, hold very still, and wait for the last bite to become the last bite she gets.

Camo is the unofficial host at our family owned boutique hotel in Old Town Bluffton, and she takes cleanup seriously. Ask the guests who come back a second time. A fair number of them are here for her.

Pizza from Local Pie Bluffton around the corner, lunch in the parlor, and a dog who makes sure nothing goes to waste. That is a night in Old Town Bluffton, South Carolina.

You came down for a glass before dinner. Two hours later you are still here.

Someone carried a charcuterie board back from Wine Time 🍷 Bluffton Wine, Cheese, & Tapas . Someone else opened a bottle they picked up that afternoon from Juicebox Natural Wine and Craft Beer . And somewhere in there you find out the couple across from you is looking at houses in Bluffton too, which means the next hour goes fast.

That is the parlor most nights. Not a scheduled reception, not a happy hour with a start time. Just the room everyone ends up in.
