In May we drove up toOhio to go to Sarah (Courtney’s daughter) graduation from High School. We were so proud as she graduated with honors. Unfortunately Waide was admitted to the hospital the day before (for a flare up of his COPD) so he missed seeing the ceremony but she did go by the hospital in her gown so he could see her. By the time he got out of the hospital we had missed Syd’s graduation in Maryland🙁☹️😞. (she also graduated with honors) I was at least able to be at her senior dance solo which was absolutely beautiful. She certainly a beautiful dancer!
From Maryland we drove up to LI for a week of vacation at KP but again Waide ended up in the hospital for 4/5 days. We then drove back to Ohio for a surprise family reunion for Sarah’s graduation. Waide, Jr planned the whole thing and Courtney had no idea until He rang her door bell. We had a wonderful time and this time no hospitalization for Waide!😀😀😀
He did spend a few days in the hospital when we got home. Any way he is finally slowly recuperating which frustrates him! He just has to be patient☹️🙁😟.
We are hoping for better days. It has been unbearably hot here this summer so we are inside all the time...ugh!
Sydney and Sarah both go to college in mid August and they are really excited!
