Happy to present Matanzas Creek as our next "Dinner with the W**emaker." Special guest Marcia Torres Forno has been the w**emaker at Matanzas Creek W**ery since 2010. Born in Chile and inspired by the magic of her family’s w**e cellar Marcia culitvated a deep understanding of aromatics. Based on aromatic potential she build complexity, and times the harvest in phases. For example, with Sauvignon Blancs, Marcia harvests early to capture lemon, grapefruit, and thyme notes and later to highlight peach and mango characters. You are welcome to dinner to enjoy this very special menu with four course's carefully selected pairings.
