Relax and peaceful at the North end of Pine Island in Bokeelia at this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath located in the Bocilla Island Club. Commonly known as BIC, BIC is a premier condo complex that is very tropical and lush. Every unit overlooks award winning gardens and meticulous landscaping that is appreciated. The property is bordered on the North my Charlotte Harbor and on the South by Jug Creek. The property offers 2 large pools, boat launch, pier (being repaired) and under unit vehicle parking.

Neighborhood:

Bocilla Island Club (BIC) is a premier condominium complex located on Pine Island, at the north end of Bokeelia, Florida. BIC is very tropical and lush. Every condominium view overlooks award winning gardens and meticulous landscaping. You only have to visit once to understand why BIC is the "Jewel" of Pine Island. The complex is bordered on the North by Charlotte Harbor and on the South by Jug Creek. Our marina is protected and faces the Jug Creek side of the island.

Getting Around:

Because our property is located at the North end of Pine Island in Bokeelia, most people will want to have a car to travel to and from the island. Once you are at this property, it is a short walk to either Capt'n Con's Fish House and Lazy Flamingo. If you are bringing a boat, keep in mind that our unit does not have its own boat dock / slip. You can utilize the boat launch but you will need to be able to store your vehicle and trailer and boat under the unit.
