Includes Yurt, Memory foam Queen size mattress and linen, 2 indoor chairs and 2 outdoor chairs, 2 small tables, rugs, out door lighting, and indoor battery operated lighting. We set up and take it down, just show up and enjoy. Public bthrms and outdoor showers nearby. Check in is at 3 pm
