🎲📚Boredom busters for rainy days!🃏🧩
In the main office we have board games, playing cards, puzzles, and books that guests can take to their cottage. Our Recreation Hall also has ping pong🏓, foosball⚽, pool 🎱, shuffleboard, and Ms. Pac-Man. Some of these games are coin-operated and dollars can be exchanged for quarters at the office.

🧳Time for some packing tips! 💼
Our cottages are well equipped for your vacation, but we recommend bringing:
🌊Beach Towels - we only provide bathroom towels
🔦A Flashlight - each cottage has 1 exterior light, so if you want to walk somewhere at night you'll need a flashlight
🍲Food storage containers for leftovers
🧼Shampoo/Conditioner/Toothpaste/Lotion, etc.
👜Reusable Shopping Bags - Most stores in New York are not allowed to use plastic bags anymore. If you don't bring a reusable shopping bag the store may charge you for paper bags.

This simple device makes it easier to get in and out of our kayaks. Place the kayak in the water so that the center of the cockpit is a little ahead of the J bar. Hold onto the edges of the cockpit as you get in and out. The kayak will still move a little in the stabilizer, so some balance and coordination are still needed. It works best for the classic sit-in style kayaks. If you’re using our sit-on kayaks it will be easier to stand in the water to get on. Remember to wear a life jacket! Happy paddling!
