Some weekends are for relaxing. This one’s for friendly competition, mountain air, and seeing if your doubles partner can actually handle pressure. 🎾🌿

The Cliff Drysdale Tennis Retreat is coming to Stratton June 12–14, bringing a full weekend of doubles matchplay, strategy clinics, team competition, and plenty of social energy on and off the court. It’s designed for players who love the game but also appreciate the fun side of it, the team drafts, the post-match laughs, and the stories that somehow get better by dinner.

And honestly, Vermont is kind of the perfect backdrop for a tennis weekend. Long summer evenings, cooler mountain air, and the kind of scenery that softens the sting of losing a point you definitely should’ve had.

If your dog hears the words “want to go hiking?” and immediately loses all self-control… this one’s for them. 🐾🌿

Stratton’s Tails & Trails Hike Series is back on June 14, and honestly, it might be the happiest event on the mountain all summer. Dogs, fresh air, mountain views, and a group hike with fellow four-legged adventurers? That’s a pretty solid Sunday.

The guided hike heads from the Stratton Base Area up to Mid-Mountain and back down Lower Standard Trail, giving both humans and pups a chance to stretch their legs and enjoy the mountain together. No dog? You’re still welcome to join, although there’s a high chance you’ll leave wanting one.

It’s free to attend, just make sure to register ahead of time and bring water, snacks, and good hiking shoes. And yes, leash rules still apply… even for the dogs who think they’re leading the group.
