🚀 Direct Trail Access
We’re located right on the snowmobile and ATV trail system. That means no hauling, no loading—just roll out and ride. In the winter, sledders love our easy access to fresh powder and well-groomed trails. In the warmer months, ATV and side-by-side riders will find scenic routes just beyond the tree line. You’ll have your boots muddy and your heart full in no time.

Boonville – 10 minutes away
Your closest stop for essentials and hidden gems. Grab Chicken Riggies from Capri Pizzeria, a cinnamon bun from Broadway Café, or a cone from Stewart’s. Stop at Awesome Country for handmade gifts and hearty sandwiches. Rainy afternoon? Head to Boonville Lanes for bowling and nostalgia.
Old Forge – 30 minutes
This Adirondack hot spot is home to Enchanted Forest Water Safari, the largest water park in New York State. You’ll also find lake cruises, fudge shops, mini golf, hiking trails, art galleries, and cozy bars. Catch fireworks over the lake in July, or enjoy live music, festivals, and small-town magic year-round. Must-visit: Tony Harper’s, Slicker’s, and the Nutty Putty mini golf course.
Inlet – 45 minutes
Quiet, scenic, and soul-soothing. Perfect for a slower pace. Stroll through local artisan shops, rent a canoe or kayak, sip coffee lakeside, or relax during one of their charming summer festivals. Inlet is where time slows down in the best way.
