Hello my friends, the Inn has just celebrated its 34th year of operation with an absolutely wonderful opening weekend on June 11, 2021. During this last year the Inn has undergone much needed maintenance (new roof, trim work, painting, rebuilt porches, interior painting, sheetrock repair etc.) and we are all now so excited about being open and welcoming this season many of our longtime guests as well as our new guests. The Inn is sparkling! If you are able to come this year please reserve soon as we are filling up faster than normal.
I also want to express my sincere and deep gratitude for each of one of you who have supported the Inn over the years; adding such good will and loveful feelings to the property and for our new guests, as well, we also look forward to your becoming part of this Inn family. Thank you.
Our water view across the street has become so expanded and so beautiful with the development of the new Eastside Waterfront Park (once Captain Fish’s Hotel) now all of our guests, honestly, can experience the most beautiful views of the waterfront in all of Boothbay Harbor right from this Inn. Once the Park is open you will be able to walk across the street anytime and sit, picnic and just put your feet in the water. Our fortune and our blessing.
All rooms being offered this season have private entrances with the exception of Bliss; all have Keurig coffee makers, and most have refrigerators and microwaves. Best Wishes and we look forward to seeing many of you this season. Stay well, Donna

Hello my friends, I would like to thank all of our Inn Family as well as all of our prospective new visitors that we will commence our 2020 season on Memorial Day Weekend this year and are looking forward to yet another Great Year!! Just to catch you up.....the Atlantic Ark Inn this 2020 will be celebrating its 33rd year of operation. And for this we extend our whole-hearted gratitude to all of our guests (inn family) and staff for their contribution to the Atlantic Ark Inn's amazing success. ❤️We are the longest running Inn in the entire region under the same ownership.

Now for some other super great news!!
The long time family run hotel known as "Captain Fish's" has been sold. It was directly across the street from the Atlantic Ark Inn. We congratulate and wish this family, our wonderful neighbors, the very very best as they transition. You have been an asset to this community.

THIS WATERFRONT PROPERTY HAS BEEN PURCHASED BY THE BOOTHBAY HARBOR WATERFRONT PRESERVATION 501(c)(3)and will become a public park. This park will allow our guests anytime access and, of course, will expand our already lovely views of the harbor as buildings come down. I will continue to update you on the developments being made.

Also we welcome back our long time and most loved Innkeeper, Manager AND FABULOUS COOK!!! , Devon, who will be joining us again. So many of you asked about Devon, and he heard you!!, and he is returning to ensure everyone is well taken care of and has the very very best experience when visiting. Atlantic Ark Inn in Boothbay Harbor is looking for a housekeeper. The job will primarily consist of being responsible for 6 rooms, helping to serve breakfast in the morning and some laundry assistance. It is a pleasant work environment. Good wages plus tips. Must be able to work on weekends. May 21 thru 3rd week in October.

Tonight is our last night of a spectacular 2018 season...will reopen Friday, May 24, 2019. I wholeheartedly thank all of you who came to the Atlantic Ark Inn this year for the first time, those returning to the Inn , and those who have returned many many times. You feel like family to me as soon as you walk through the door.. I want to let you know how grateful I am for the feelings and good wishes you always leave behind when its time for you to return to your own home.
I wish all of you the very Best for the coming year...and let us all experience and benefit from the gift of love and peace in our lives ...and be strong with compassion, forgiveness and tolerance.

The Atlantic Ark Inn has been awarded Hall Of Fame status this year from Trip Advisor.....thank you for writing such thoughtful reviews for us....

Maine is always beautiful....and of course we are known for our charming lighthouses!! We are open on weekends this December!!

Why is this Inn so special to me? Do you know? ......like life itself....its the people who have come..some many times..some only once but through their specialness and presence their Blessings and Good Wishes remain and are felt long after their departure...thank you.

For all my visitors to the Atlantic Ark Inn...We are now in full force cleaning and preparing the Inn for a fabulous 2018 season. My business partner, Tony, and I have been abit preoccupied with a new rental venture shown below and perhaps it may be of interest to you also but our primary love, of course, is our Inn but our new offering is definitely in our hearts too.+
