Please remember If you need a safe place for your horses, our Horse Motel at Kiva RV Park is available to seek shelter.

We can hold up to 25 horses in our Horse Motel we have available large pens, box stalls, stalls with runs, and also have LQ hookups if needed.

Please don’t hesitate to call us, we will do everything we can to get you set up quickly and safely.

✨ Work Camping — the retirement dream: stay, volunteer, and explore! ✨

Work camping began as a way for travelers to trade a few hours of work for a place to stay—creating the freedom to explore new places while being part of a community.

If you are looking for a career this may not be for you.

But if your looking to save a little cash, lower your expenses- We’re looking for you, you are friendly and reliable couples (office + grounds) that want to join our peaceful, community-focused park.

🕒 ~20 hrs/week per couple
📆 minimum of 3–6 month commitment (just enough time to explore New Mexico!)
🗓️ Flexible scheduling — you help choose a schedule that fits your travel and exploration plans

We host fun events like Light Your Site, Chili Cook-Offs, Kiva Smoke Outs, and Community Days where we invite our neighboring communities to join in the fun.



🌄 A Day in the Life at Kiva RV Park
Start your morning with coffee and quiet desert views—no rush, just open skies and fresh air.

Spend a few hours helping guests get settled, keeping things clean and running smoothly, and chatting with travelers from all over.

Afternoons or evenings you choose! That’s your time—explore nearby towns, relax at your site, or hit the trails right from the park.

As the sun goes down, the park comes alive—games, music, fire pit cookouts, and good conversation under the stars.

Some nights are lively… some are peaceful… all of them feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. 🌄



🧹 Duties include:
Guest check-ins, reservations, cleaning (including restrooms & common areas), light grounds work, and helping keep the park ready for the next guest. Limitations? No worries we work with you!



⚖️ Non-wage position (site in exchange for hours)
💵 Extra paid projects may be available

👉 If you’re chasing a big paycheck, we’ll be honest—this isn’t that 😄
But if you’re chasing peaceful mornings, starry nights, and good people… you might’ve just found your spot.
