On December 30, 2021, the roared through Boulder County, CO. The fire encompassed over 6,000 acres and destroyed over 1,000 homes in the area. This fire became the most destructive wildfire in Colorado state’s history. Our management company, Stonebridge Companies, is leading an effort to support the families that have been affected by the fire. They are raising funds for Community Foundation Boulder County and will match up to $25,000 of funds that are received from this effort. Please join us in supporting these families.

We know we don’t look a day over 29, but... is 40! We’re celebrating four decades of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants by raising a glass to our founder Bill Kimpton’s legacy. As an investment banker, Bill was no stranger to business travel. One of the original road warriors, he knew travel could sometimes be stressful and lonely. He set out to create a hospitality company where guests were treated like family, traveling for work felt like leisure, and restaurants were flooded by locals and out-of-towners alike. Kimpton and the concept of the boutique hotel in the U.S. was born. We’ll never forget the person who made it all possible 40 years ago today. Cheers!
