Hard to believe: Encore celebrated it's 15th birthday yesterday. Glorious weather and a event by The Steamship Authority (not exclusively for us) were great occasions to celebrate

We are happy and lucky that Flour Bakery is in our neighborhood, which allows us to provide our guests with the best pastry in Boston and according to the Award in America. No wonder our French guests put French bakers to shame, because they find Flour's croissants much better!
