At the Copley House, every apartment we own is uniquely designed. Each apartment offers complete kitchen and dining facilities, private bath, and household necessities. Our pricing includes fresh linens, WiFi, DirecTV with HBO included, and local telephone service. Our lodgings are priced substantially less than the nearby hotels. We own four buildings in the joyous neighborhood of Back Bay, near the Prudential Center. We are neighbors to many universities and music conservatories, and are in a walking distance to the Fenway Park and Newbury Street. Boston is better when you are not living out of a suitcase. 🧳

Our 802 One-Bedroom is built for staying rather than passing through: a separate bedroom, a sofa in a room you can actually sit in, and a full kitchen for the nights you would rather not go back out. It suits the guests who keep ending up here for longer than planned: remote workers, families in town for a stretch, anyone whose two weeks quietly became two months.

🎨 SoWa Boston runs on Harrison Ave every Sunday until November 15: makers, vintage, farmers, food trucks, the whole thing in one lot from 11 to 5. It is about a 12-minute walk from Copley House and the easiest way to spend a Sunday in the South End without planning ahead. Bring a bag. You will need one.

Here is the case for spending a whole season in Boston instead of a long weekend. 🍁 September and October are when this city stops performing for tourists and just gets on with being lovely: cooler mornings, foliage on the Commonwealth Avenue Mall, and restaurant tables you can actually get into.

Our long-term stays are built for that. Apartment-style rooms and suites with full kitchens, so you settle in and live here rather than pass through. Remote workers, relocating families, and anyone whose "quick trip" turned into something longer.

"We arrived to a quaint room with a cozy and clean feel! We had a short stay but would recommend this also for a longer stay as cooking amenities were available for those who prefer to eat in. The bed was super comfy and we loved the pillows! We rested well. Shower was hot and bathroom very clean!"

Thank you, this made our day. Quaint and cozy is exactly what we are going for in a 19th century row house, and we are so glad the pillows delivered. You are right that the kitchens make a longer stay easy, plenty of our guests settle in for a month and cook like locals. Come back and stay a while.
