Our on-site garden provides fresh produce and herbs for Jill's Restaurant & Bistro and T-Zero Lounge, while our resident bees produce honey used throughout the property. The beeswax is even used to create locally made lip balms available in our gift shop.

It's one small example of how sustainability and luxury can work hand in hand—supporting local ecosystems while enhancing the guest experience.
