At St Julien Hotel & Spa, water use is measured in gallons per occupied room as part of our ongoing sustainability efforts. Since 2021, we’ve achieved a 3.1% decrease through initiatives including:

• Linen conservation programs reducing wash cycles
• Employee education surrounding water awareness
• Low-flow toilets in guest and public restrooms
• Overnight irrigation scheduling
• Drip irrigation for our on-site garden

Small changes can create meaningful impact as we continue working toward a more sustainable future.
