Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance of complex and diverse IT systems to meet requirements. Works independently or part of a team on advanced systems analysis projects. Reviews and tests IT systems for adherence to requirements and documents test results. Resolve tickets and problem reports on specific technologies and hardware/software components to include COTS/GOTS products from the system level to individual hardware/software components. Recommends new technologies and processes for complex systems. Coordinates system installations and monitors equipment functioning. Creates ‘build docs’ for system administrators. Identifies system requirements for operations and security, and works with other engineers and staff to develop design and integrate components.

Candidate Qualifications

-Active TS/SCI Poly Clearance
-Experience as an IT Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government
-Experience in maintaining, upgrading, and implementing improvements to the VMWare vCenter and VMWare ESXi infrastructure and manages available virtual and storage resources within the infrastructure environment.
-Excellent project management, troubleshooting, problem resolution, documentation and customer management skills \
-Experience in enterprise Microsoft environments

Help in maintaining daily operations of the GCENext ICAM service; provide primary support for the Titus Classification Suite for data security labeling; support data labeling on Microsoft file servers using data scanning tools to identify and label data; provide backup support for the NextLabs service • Daily operations of Titus Classification Suite services. Monitoring, alerting, and report, creation and lifecycle management of data labeling for Microsoft product and services; deployment and management of services in multi-site environment, operational support of the Microsoft file service scanning tool to identify and label data (i.e. Illuminate); participate in Dynamic Access Control service to ensure data labeling meets requirements.

• Must have an Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Development of CONOPs and documentation for operational support.
• Participate as a team member in the Y44 GCE operational team.
• Become alternative (backup) for the NextLabs ABAC products
• Requires being on call as the primary for NextLabs issues • Required: Knowledge in ODNI CAPCO specifications and use of security labeling
• Required: Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Desktop environment
• Required: Prior experience with entitlement management lifecycle support
• Preferred: Knowledge in Smart Data Enterprise Data Header (SD-EDH) or related specifications (i.e. CUI)
• Preferred: CISSP knowledge/certification

Job Description:

Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with other program personnel, government, overseers, and senior executives.

Required Candidate Qualifications:

•Active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearance
•Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
•The candidate should have a Security + CE certification.
•Experience in implementing new data centers standards for new data centers and retrofit existing data center infrastructures.
•Experience in designing and supporting virtualized datacenter based on VMWare ESXi 6.0
•Microsoft Server Administrator (Microsoft Certification (MCSE) preferred)
•Proficient with PowerShell Scripting
•Experience in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)

• Active Directory and Group Policy (understanding of OU structures and creating policies)
• Windows Server Administration – knowledge of Windows Server Architecture, Installation, Services settings and configuration, and patching (looking for both Windows/Linux but can be stronger in one than the other).
• Experience on Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) Patching
• Understanding of VMware
• Understanding of Networking
• PowerShell Scripting is a plus
