A church-owned campground on over 24 acres of mostly wooded land, with three terraces and 623 feet of frontage on Lake Charlevoix. Situated about 4 miles northwest of Boyne City, it is owned by the Community of Chri

st and administered by the Michigan Mission Center. It is suitable for children's camps, weekend retreats, and a variety of other uses, including family reunions, and is available for camping and group activities as the schedule allows.

We had a lemonade party at Art Camp.
Well, there was more to it than that. We painted rocks.
Why Paint Rocks!?
In Boyne City, hand-painted kindness rocks are a core part of local mental health awareness efforts, prominently featured in the Community Kindness Garden at the Boyne District Library, that's where our finished rocks ended up.
In these pictures you will note the lemonade mason jar cups. These were made by Ruthie Eaton each one has a positive message on it. The campers got to keep there cups so they could always remember the experience and the message.

Junior Camp

My favorite thing to photograph at Junior Camp is Campfire in the Lake.
This tradition started a few years ago when it was way to hot to have a tradition campfire so they moved their campfire fun into the lake. Here they can sing, clap, and splash to their hearts content. What a great way to end the day.

Senior High Camp 2026.

The best thing to photograph at Sr. High Camp is the color run! This has become a tradition at Sr. High and everyone loves it. It's the best time to get fun pictures with your friends too!

As much as we love Park of the Pines I can't imagine being in danger of loosing it to wild fire. Let's all keep Camps in Minnesota and Northern Ontario in our thoughts and prayers.

Canoes are purposely sunk in Burnside Lake at Camp Widjiwagan as one of the many fire mitigation efforts in preparation for evacuation on July 17 near Ely, Minnesota

It's starting to feel like summer in Michigan - that means it's time to register for camps! Camp directors are planning special experiences for campers this summer and we don't want you to miss out!

In order to plan for food, staffing, and activity supplies, we need to know our camp numbers soon. The initial registration deadline for youth camps is June 1, 2026 and will be at the discretion of the directors after that date based on available staff.
