We’ve spent the past 5 days unboxing and unboxing and unboxing. Here’s a little look at what’s starting to come together. We also got a visit from our white tailed friends this morning.

Big milestone today! 🎉 We officially received our Certificate of Occupancy today!

We’ll be spending the spring and summer enjoying the space and putting on the finishing touches. The plan is to have it available for rentals this fall 🏡

It’s getting closer to completion! In the past month we’ve had a driveway and countertops installed. Stonework and trim is in progress. The countdown is on!

Looking for your feedback on beds in an airbnb/short term rental. If we want to accommodate up to 16 people for a golf weekend at the house, would you prefer a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, pullout couches in a shared space, or Murphy beds in a shared space?

The progress over the last two weeks has been remarkable. Rough plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work is underway. Furthermore, trim and roofing work started today. With winter now behind us, the project can proceed more rapidly. Celebrating Thanksgiving here is our goal 🤞

We took a break from skiing and stopped to check out the snowy progress in person today. It is so much more fun than watching it on the trail camera! First floor walls should be appearing this week.
