📣 A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT- MEET THE ARTISTS!

👗Christine Taylor Price- Jessie Maclean

A River Runs Through It will be Christine’s debut with Opera Montana. Recent seasons have seen Ms. Price in a wide range of leading roles, including Amalia in She Loves Me at Opera Saratoga, Adina in L’elisir d’amore with Gulfshore Opera as well as Opera in Williamsburg where she also appeared as Zerlina in Don Giovanni. She was featured in Ohio Light Opera’s 2023 and 2024 seasons as Sarah Brown in Guys & Dolls, Eurydice in Orpheus in the Underworld and Angèle Didier in The Count of Luxembourg.

We had a wonderful time Sunday afternoon exploring mental health and addiction as a theme in this beautiful novella. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Join Opera Montana for a robust, in-depth conversation about Norman Maclean's novella A River Runs Through It, which inspired the new opera of the same name, premiering this September at the Ellen Theatre.

📕 Book Club Membership is FREE.

Book Club members will learn more about the themes throughout the novella, including nature & spirituality, mental health & addiction, and fly-fishing. Each meeting will have a special guest expert on the topic being discussed.
