A little more sunshine before the year is over. ☀️🌴

Our calendar at Sunkissed Shores is filling up, but a few opportunities remain to enjoy Anna Maria Island before we welcome 2027. 🤍

🌊 October 12–16 | Fall by the Gulf
Trade the autumn chill for beach walks, beautiful sunsets, and a few days of island living.

☀️ November 10–13 | November Escape
A little midweek sunshine, quieter beaches, and time to slow down before the holiday season begins.

🌴 November 29 – December 1 | A Coastal Getaway
A quick escape after Thanksgiving, with the island beginning to dress up for the holidays.

🎄 December 8–18 | Holidays in Paradise
Christmas lights, festive evenings on Bridge Street, and a holiday season that looks a little different with palm trees instead of snow.

With 7 bedrooms, a private pool and spa, a rooftop deck, and the beach just steps away, Sunkissed Shores is the perfect place to gather your favorite people.

Select dates remain available. We'd love to welcome you to the island!

Our Florida family is growing! 💙🌴
From the beaches of Anna Maria Island to the magic of Orlando. 🏰 Meet our newest sister property located just minutes from Disney! 💦

Meet Waterline Retreat! 💦🌴 Our newest vacation home, just minutes from Disney and right down the road from our sister property, Luxe Retreat.

If you’re new here, hi! We’re the Murphy family, and Waterline is the newest addition to our little collection of vacation homes. You may already know us from Luxe Retreat, Sunkissed Shores or The Blue Pearl, and we’re SO excited to have another home right here in Reunion. 💙

So, why Waterline Retreat? From the moment you step through the front door, the view gives you that feeling that vacation has officially started, with the pool, water and Florida sky stretching out in front of you. We wanted a name that captured that connection, and Waterline Retreat felt perfect!

This home has a great history as a vacation rental with years of incredible reviews from families who have stayed here and loved it. There’s already so much that guests love, and we’re excited to carry that forward while putting our own signature on it!

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working with the same amazing designer behind Luxe Retreat to give Waterline Retreat a thoughtful refresh. We have some REALLY fun things planned 👀 and we’ll be sharing it all right here as it comes together.

In the meantime, Waterline is available to rent! We’re working around existing reservations, and there are actually a few openings right now, which is pretty rare for this house since it stays so well booked.

If you’ve been looking for a home minutes from Disney with this much space, this view and everything Reunion has to offer, you can officially book Waterline now. 💙

We can’t wait to bring you along for the process and welcome a whole new group of families to Waterline Retreat! 💦🌴
