Let me paint you a picture..

The kids are wearing themselves out on the pickleball court. Grandpa is talking a little smack over bocce. Somebody just sank a putt on the mini golf and will not let anyone forget it. And you? You're floating in the heated pool next to a giant pineapple with a drink in your hand and nobody asking you for a thing.

That right there is the Poppin Pineapple.

This backyard is a whole resort. Pickleball, bocce, mini golf, co****le, a heated pool and a hot tub for melting into after a long beach day. And when the Florida sky does its afternoon thing, you head straight into the game room. Pool table, ping pong, darts, and a retro arcade. Loser buys the ice cream.

Three bedrooms, sleeps 12, so bring the whole crew. Traveling with little ones? We stock the pack n play, high chair, bunk beds, even a beach cart so you're not hauling sand toys by hand. Manatee Public Beach and Anna Maria are 12 minutes away, and IMG is right up the road.
Some homes are just a place to crash between activities. This one IS the activity. And I love watching families walk out of here with their phones full of memories instead of their heads full of stress. That's the whole point. 🙏

Our family took a little adventure last night to Desoto National Memorial right here in NW Bradenton, and it never disappoints!

Mangrove boardwalks, a stunning Gulf sunset, shells to collect, a giant cross against the evening sky, and us just exploring the world together. This is what Florida actually feels like when you get off the beaten path.

Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you when you get into short term rentals…

The amenities get people to book.

But the way you make them FEEL is what gets them to come back.

I just spent the last hour reading through our guest reviews from this month and one thing became very clear.

People don’t just remember the pool, pickleball court, splash pad, game room, or how close the house was to the beach.

They remember how they felt while they were there.

They remember reconnecting with family.
Kids making core memories.
Parents actually relaxing.
Grandparents all sitting around one big table together.

One guest said it felt like “Disney World in an Airbnb” for the kids.

Ok... so I walked into this property for the first time and immediately called John.

"You need to see this backyard."

A heated pool with lounge chairs and string lights everywhere. A lighted pickleball AND basketball court. A 3 hole mini putt course. A fire pit with the most perfect setup for roasting marshmallows under the stars. And a game room with a checkered orange and blue wall, arcade machines, skee ball, and air hockey that made me feel like I was 12 years old again. 🕹️🔥

I turned around in the backyard and said out loud to nobody... "This is a Coastal Breeze property."

4 bedrooms. Sleeps 12. Minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island. And we provide beach chairs, towels, coolers, and an umbrella because that's just how we do things. 🏖️

She officially joined the Coastal Breeze Getaways family and we could not be more excited.

But here's the thing... she doesn't have a name yet. 👀

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms raising babies, building businesses, nurturing families, and carrying so much love on their shoulders every single day 🌸

Today is for the moms in every season of life

The women who helped raise us and shaped us into who we are today 🤍

Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, emotional, rewarding, and life changing all at once. Some days feel magical and some days feel impossibly hard. But the love behind it all is something words can never fully explain.

I know how fast the days move. The little voices, the messy fingerprints, the chaos, the hugs, the moments we think we will never forget. One day these will be the memories we would give anything to relive.
