Neben dem Gemeinschaftshaus steht ein Kinderspielplatz, ein Basketball Court sowie zwei Tennisplätze zur Verfügung, die bequem in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden

können. Sabal Harbour ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und nur 5 Autominuten von der Autobahn I-75 entfernt, die Tampa und Orlando im Nord-Osten und Naples im Süden verbindet. Die traumhaften Sandstrände wie z.B. Anna Maria Island oder Siesta Key sind nur 15-25 Autominuten entfernt.
