Just to quickly hit a few highlights…

✅ 4,500+ sqft of fresh new carpet on all 3 levels of the home
💤 16 brand new mattresses (shoutout to Stark County's FFA Fundraiser)
🛏 17 new platform beds & headboards
✨ All new linens and bedding
🎨 Freshly painted walls
🛋 Furniture updates throughout the home
😎Patched and repainted the entire swimming pool
🫧thoroughly cleaned & organized

Most the the pictures below are NOT the final state/vision, but only just the beginning. We have so many exciting things in store and the challenge of getting it done between the ever increasing bookings is the exact problem I hoped for 😁 🙏Please continue to spread the word and share this with your friends and family as we chip away at this diamond 1 project at a time!

Congrats to the Scotts!! 💍

It was a privilege to host Jenna Scott & Cody Scott surrounded by their friends and family as they tied the knot this past weekend here at Shallowbrook Farm. What a great group of people and I wish you both all the best!

Many thanks to Katie Zumwalt as the wedding planner who pitched in wherever she was needed to ensure the day went smooth! I will definitely be recommending her to couples that inquire with Shallowbrook. There are a lot of details on your big day and having someone like Katie to oversee can make a world of a difference.

Please message me through Facebook or the business line at 309.883.6628 to schedule a tour of the venue and book your special day! This summer only has 1️⃣ open weekend remaining and summer of 2027 is filling up quickly.

‼️📣Homegrown Roots & A New Chapter for Shallowbrook Farm!

Exciting things are happening in Bradford! I am honored to announce that Shallowbrook Farm—the iconic 10-bedroom private estate—is officially under new ownership.

This transition is deeply personal for me. Having grown up in this area, I spent time at Shallowbrook as a kid and carry some of my favorite memories within these walls. It was a true privilege to shake hands with the Welsh family as I took the keys to a place that meant so much to me growing up.🗝️

I want to extend a sincere thank you to Robert Welsh for his trust and the opportunity to carry his family's incredible legacy forward. I also want to recognize Kevin Williams and Martin Beam—the previous property managers whose help and guidance have been invaluable during this transition. To our locals, I am fully committed to making Shallowbrook a premier success while honoring the history that built this estate.

What’s Next? While our private pool, sports courts, and grand manor are ready for guests, we are also beginning a series of exciting renovations to elevate the estate further! 🛠️✨ Stay tuned to follow the journey on YouTube and witness the behind the scenes transformation.🎥

Whether you’re planning a wedding, a family reunion/vacation, or a corporate retreat, the gates are open and we are ready to host you! You can find our listing and book your dates through the below platforms:
