Who wants this South Dakota ornament??

This Friday is 6/05 or in South Dakota, known as South Dakota day because of our only area code (605).

Will have this ornament hanging along one of our trails - trail will not be mentioned - by this Friday morning. The first person who finds this ornament can keep it and can email the park with a photo of them finding the ornament to also win two free camping certificates!

Hey folks,

Looks like we’re in a tornado warning until 9:15pm tonight (Sunday). Campers are welcomed to seek shelter in the comfort station.

Good afternoon everyone,

Will have a contractor doing work on the bike trail tomorrow (Wednesday) to do a seal coat on the asphalt section of the bike trail. Work is expected to start at 7:30am and go until 5:30pm

During this time, the bike trail will be closed until the seal coat is dry and ready.

Morning folks,

This morning there’ll be a crack seal project occurring on our bike trail. The trail is planned to be back open this afternoon.

This Tuesday we have plans to re-coat the trail. During this time, the trail will be temporarily closed.
