Sunday night was a little hectic for the Roark House. A very strong storm with high winds (and possibly even an F1 tornado) came through extremely fast.
Unfortunately, a tree decided to give us a big ol’ hug. 😉.
We had crews working the next day to remove all the debris and begin work on the house. It has taken 3 days to cut down all the fallen trees and remove all the fallen branches.
The restoration company has been hard at work to restore our pride and joy back to its beautiful appearance! (Hopefully by Sunday for our next check-in) 😬😬
We cannot thank our guests who were there during it all and were so extremely patient with us and the situation. We truly couldn’t have asked for better people this past few days!!! ❤️ A story to talk about for a lifetime. 🙂
