🐥 Pool Patrol: Round 2! 🐥

We had another adorable group of visitors stop by today! A different mama duck, a whole new batch of babies, and just as much chaos as the last family. 🦆😆

These two little troublemakers were the final holdouts of six ducklings that decided our pool was the place to be. After a lot of swimming, dodging, and some expert wrangling, the whole family was safely reunited and escorted to a more duck-friendly destination.

Our lifeguard certification may be expired, but our duck rescue certification is coming along nicely. 😂

🦈🐋 Father’s Day “Petting Zoo” at Landing View! 🐋🦈

We asked for a Father’s Day petting zoo… and let’s just say someone took creative liberty! 😅

This weekend, dads get to “pet” our majestic orca in the pool and wave at the friendly sharks cruising the lazy river. Petting not recommended… unless you’re a shark whisperer! 🦈

Come for the camping, stay for the “aquarium” (and don’t worry—all imaginary, of course). Happy Father’s Day to all the brave dads out there! 😂

🚨 POOL SECURITY UPDATE 🚨

Shawn had to evict a group of gate crashers from the pool this morning.

No wristbands. No campsite reservation. No day passes.

Just one mama duck and her five fluffy accomplices. 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

They were caught enjoying an unauthorized early swim before pool opening and were escorted off the premises without incident. Fortunately, the suspects were cooperative and left under their own power.

Reminder: The pool is for registered guests only… even if you arrive by water. 😆

Charges filed:
• Loitering by the lazy river
• Trespassing before opening hours
• Excessive quacking in a recreational area
• Conspiracy to look adorable

Case closed. Pool secured. Guests may now resume normal swimming activities. 🏊‍♂️
