Happy New Year!
As a recap of the season, we like to reach out to all of our guests to share our rates as soon as possible so that you can plan accordingly for your future reservations during the 2026 season.
Summer Rates (April 1 – November 1)
Standard units – $125 per night plus tax
Double unit – $185 per night plus tax
Condo – $355 per night plus tax
Stay 6 nights, get the 7th free is ALWAYS available — 45 years and counting. This is always discounted, it is not an offer you need to claim or ask for.
Our main driving force in this very small change is due to our electric provider increasing rates by a whopping 39%. It has also been our encouragement to close up for a short time during the winter and protect the building from the harsh cold weather we seem to have inherited.
As a bit of transparency, we run an end-of-year report to make sure our progress forward is clear, and one area of constant difficulty is cancellation. We have a very light-hearted approach to this, as many of us know life can happen during the worst of times. However, we would like to encourage you that if you’ve made a reservation, it is your responsibility to recall those dates. It is also the guest’s responsibility to modify dates before arrival if all nights cannot be occupied. These changes are extremely detrimental to our small business, and in the year 2025 alone, we lost out on $44,702 due to cancellations. Please read that again, because it’s a staggering and very real problem that affects the future of our business.
Moving forward, all reservations of 4 nights or more will require a 1-night deposit at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding!
Our next struggle is consistently the upstairs/downstairs and specific room number reservation requests. At the time of booking, we will always start you where preferred based on availability. If there are known VALID disabilities to someone in your party, please let us know at the time of booking. If we are able to accommodate a disabled guest by swapping an upstairs room for a downstairs room with a non-disabled guest, we reserve the right to do so. We also do not guarantee a specific room number. If a guest is residing in a room you’ve requested and asks for a date extension, the room requires maintenance, and many other reasons — we will not deny or turn down the needs of our property or added income because of preference.
Our last and final reminder, we do accept dogs 25lbs and under for an additional $10 a night. We feel this is quite the steal, as boarding a dog at a facility on average runs $35 a night. This amount covers the additional cleaning a dog brings to a room. We reserve the right to ask for your dog to be crated while unnatended. Please always bring one with you. If the odor of urine is present upon checkout, this will assess an additional $100 fee in order to arrange emergency carpet cleaning and other repairs to ensure the room is ready for the next guest (which is often just hours later). Other pets such as cats are not permitted.
