King's Quarters is located within a moments drive down the relief routes to any location on Hwy. 76 and Hwy 65.
We offer Single Studio units starting @ $175/week for single occupancy and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units with kitchenette starting $225 per week.
Living accommodations range from 324 sq. ft. to 648 sq. ft..
1 bedroom units come with refrigerator, microwave and induction burner stove tops as well as fully furnished.
Single studio units come with microwave and refrigerator only (no stove top or additional cooking appliances allowed in this unit type).
We offer a great free fitness center on-site, on-site coin pay laundry and vending. We have 24-7 security surveillance and patrol, secured key fob entry into the building and elevators. The units are non-smoking and pet free.

All units do require each adult fill out their own rental application. You must have current identification and current proof of income. Maximum of 2 people per unit. All units require a minimum of the 1st weeks rent plus refundable deposit. $100 deposit for Studio or $200 deposit for 1 bed 1 bath.

We had the honor this summer of hosting many more amazing J-1 Visa students at our sister property, The Enclave 2, located at 3520 Hwy. 76 in Branson. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding in the opening of the new property! Our students have departed for this season to go back to their home countries and continue their college education. We wish you all the very best!!
We now have remodeled units with kitchenettes starting at $195 per week and units without kitchenettes starting at $175 per week.
We are a smoke free and pet free property.
Office hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. or call 417-332-5850 to check availability and/or fill out an application.
