We are excited for 2026 and the reservations have been rolling in! We haven't been posting much during this slow season due to a much needed family vacation and medical issues with members of our family. Spring break is around the corner though and things are picking up again.

When (and if) your reservation has a one or two night opening at the end of your stay, Don will be calling/texting you to see if you’d like to extend your stay for HALF OFF per night!

Many times, we have had extra nights between reservations that remained unoccupied. In 2026, Tamara and I decided to offer these nights at a super reduced rate to let you stay a little longer! Payments for these nights will be made through PayPal or Venmo and this will be offered to ALL guests (our website, VRBO and Airbnb). We realize this is not always possible due to logistics on your end but in the case that it is, the offer will be made! Subject to availability of course…

Merry Christmas!

When we showed up to clean one of our condos, the Baker family, who has stayed with us for years, left us this amazingly thoughtful gift for our family! Not only did they personalize this ultra soft blanket, they also got it in chronological order with correct spelling!
