It’s a small thing, but we’re pretty excited about it...

Our vending machine has officially joined the modern era with a swipe/tap credit card reader. So no more hunting for cash or change when you just want a snack or drink.

This past weekend, we stopped by one of our favorite BBQ spots, Old 76 Smokehouse, for their delicious burger made with smoked brisket.

It can be hard to get. The last four times we stopped by, they were already sold out. This time we got lucky and were able to snag the last two burgers they had available!

It was every bit as good as we had heard, and we can highly recommend it. As always, the sides were fantastic too. The pit beans were just the way I like them, with lots of meat and flavor. The baked mac and cheese was great, and the corn casserole was so good I was glad we got an extra pint.
