We did the shoot on a pontoon boat and even had some extra time on the lake.
I got to pull the drone out and I didn't crash it!

It's always nice to see my footage in other people's posts.

During a workshop, an owner shared
"Jamey, I'm the biggest producer in the clinic of 7 PT's".

Solid clinic.
Seven providers.
Revenues around $1.2M.

Then added: “And honestly… it’s exhausting.”

I asked him what's keeping him IN patient care so many hours?

He didn't know what to say.

When the business depends on you for production…
decisions…
fixing problems…
holding things together…

The business can’t grow.

And the owner eventually burns out.

And the interesting thing is EVERY owner already knows what to do.

But knowing what to do
and DOING it,
ain't the same thing.

The real problem is this:
How do you move the needle
when you're already buried in patient care and daily fires?

Because when you're the one producing the most revenue in the clinic…
You’re not running a business, you’re carrying it.

And the heavier it gets, the more dependent the business becomes on you.

That’s the cycle.
That's dependency.

The ONLY way beyond this cycle is to LET GO.
