We just had a late July cancellation. Availability from July 17 - 27. Rates on the various vacation sites are between $130 - $140. You can book directly for $115 and no vacation site fees (other than cleaning). Comment below if you'd like to look at specific dates, etc...

July dates are almost full at The Perch. We have one off-peak spot left at a great rate if it works for your crew.

July 26 - 31 can be booked direct for $99 per/night.
