Green River Bridge Inn

Green River Bridge Inn The Most Beautiful Spot in the World

Welcome to the Green River Bridge Inn! The house, built in 1830, once housed the Green River Post Office.

Nestled in the tiny, historic Vermont hamlet of Green River, next to a covered bridge, off a winding dirt road, a perfect Vermont getaway surrounded by nature and beauty. In earlier days the barn was the site of the local blacksmith shop. Lovingly and skillfully transformed, the Green River Bridge House is luxurious in comfort and sensuous in visual appeal. Every room is a warm embrace of soft col

ors, fine antiques and other unique furnishings. The Green River and Timber Crib Dam (constructed in 1800) can be heard from all rooms at the B&B. Stocked with Rainbow Trout and Salmon, the location is ideal for fishing. With forests all around, this is also an ideal area for birdwatching and stunning fall foliage. Though small enough to be homey, it is large enough and appropriately equipped to be the perfect setting for an intimate wedding or anniversary celebration.
