Why we love where we are! Blue River is an amazing tiny community adjacent to Breck. Close enough for all the fun but still keeps it mountain charm and beauty. Thx Blue River!

We just listed the Red Bird Cabin on Houfy and that's great news for everyone! If you're not familiar with it no worries. Its basically like Airbnb without ANY site fees. Airbnb charges guests almost 15% in fees!

This is perfect for those booking direct with us, referrals, friends, family, etc. Basically, anyone who wants to pay less!

Ok folks… we have a last minute cancellation during what I consider the BEST time of the year (leaf season). Apparently Airbnb kicked the guest off the platform so the dates just opened up…
